2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely and successful delivery, clients agree to:
Provide necessary access (e.g., Google Ads, website, social media)
Share timely feedback and approvals
Be honest and responsive in communication
Make agreed-upon payments on time
Failure to provide required assets may delay the project or affect the results.
3. Payments & Pricing
All prices are in USD, unless otherwise specified.
Payments may be made via approved payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, UPI, etc.).
Projects may require a deposit or full upfront payment, depending on scope.
For ongoing services, invoices are typically raised monthly.
Late or missed payments may pause services or result in termination.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds once work has begun or assets have been delivered.
However, we’re committed to your satisfaction and will do our best to resolve concerns professionally.
Refunds may be considered only:
If no work has been initiated
Due to an error on our part
Any refund (full or partial) will be at our sole discretion.
5. Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel an ongoing service with 7-day notice before the next billing cycle.
We reserve the right to terminate a service if:
Client is unresponsive for 10+ days
Payment is not received within agreed terms
Abuse or unethical behavior is encountered
In such cases, partial work may be delivered if applicable.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, ads, designs, and strategy documents created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
After full payment, ownership transfers to the client — except for third-party tools or software.
We reserve the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio or case studies unless otherwise requested.
7. Results & Guarantees
We commit to using industry best practices and honest effort — but due to many external factors, we do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or ROI.
Marketing success depends on:
Niche competition
Budget and timelines
Client responsiveness
External algorithm/platform changes
We promise transparent communication, tracking, and continuous optimization.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Losses due to downtime, platform bans, or account suspensions
Errors caused by third-party tools or hosting providers
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us for that particular service.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. You’re responsible for reviewing them periodically.
By continuing to use our services after changes, you agree to the updated Terms.
